A licensed registered nurse currently licensed to practice in the State
of Louisiana with no restrictions and at least two years full time experience. Will
provide palliative/comfort care to patients in the home/nursing home setting
and support/teaching to caregivers and families. Supervise all disciplines
assigned to RN Case Manager's team. Shared call with a large nursing
