LifePath Consultant Physician
The LifePath Hospice physician directs the medical care and works with the patient’s attending physician and the LifePath Hospice
Team.
Our Medical Director is available for consultations with the patient’s doctor, who may participate in all of the patient’s hospice
treatment.
- Certifies patient’s terminal diagnosis
- Oversees pain and symptom management for patient comfort
- Leads the LifePath Hospice interdisciplinary team in development of the patient’s plan of care
- Provides consultation to physicians regarding hospice care of patients
