Grief Support

In addition to helping people make a peaceful and meaningful transition, we help family members cope with their loss. Grief can be intense and it takes time and support to deal with the emotions of losing someone close to us. Our weekly Support Group meetings provide a safe and healing environment where you can share your experiences and get assistance from others in dealing with your pain. You don’t have to face the loss of a loved one alone.

Support groups are open to everyone, regardless of whether you used Life Path Hospice Care Services Hospice services. Please contact us if you have questions or would like more information.

Bottled Tears Caregiver Support Group

The emotional distress of a terminal diagnoses is not only overwhelming for the patient, but also the patient’s caregiver(s). Caregivers are the true heros in a patient’s life, and deserve to have an outlet to discuss the hardships that are faced on a day -to-day basis during this difficult time.

Our Bottled Tears Caregiver Support Group meeting is held twice a month at our office. This informal group gives caregivers a chance to meet and discuss topics that are sometimes difficult to handle on their own. Our grief specialists and bereavement coordinator will also be at the meeting to participate in the discussion, provide educational information, and be available to answer any questions or concerns.

Our Bottled Tears Bereavement Support Group meeting also meets twice a month to provide counseling, as well as support to family members of those who have received hospice services. The meeting is also open to public community members.
