Grief Support
In addition to helping people make a peaceful and meaningful transition, we help family members cope with their loss. Grief can be intense and it takes time and support to deal with the emotions of losing someone close to us. Our weekly Support Group meetings provide a safe and healing environment where you can share your experiences and get assistance from others in dealing with your pain. You don’t have to face the loss of a loved one alone.
Support groups are open to everyone, regardless of whether you used Lifepath Hospice Care Services. Please contact us if you have questions or would like more information.
Lifepath Hospice Grief Support Group
In the initial weeks and months following the death of a loved one, we are sometimes uncertain of how to best manage our loss. The grief reactions experienced may be intense and frightening. Our hospice employs trained grief specialists who offer the opportunity to meet with you one-on-one or in a group setting.
Our Lifepath Hospice Grief Support Group meets weekly to provide counseling, as well as support to family members of those who have received hospice services. The meeting is also open to public community members.
